Because we utilize the preferred non-judicial collection process, Association Lien Services is able to carefully monitor the timing of the collection process and to provide board members and managers  with online (24/7) real-time status reports through our Assessment Recovery Management System (ARMS)ALS requires no advance fee, and the costs of collection (which includes attorneys' and collection fees, title reports and other collection costs) are charged directly to and paid by the delinquent homeowner as part of the settlement of their account.
